My group members were Mathhew, Roesalie, and Tony. In the group we each played a different role. I edited the video, Mat wrote up the script and narrated, Roesalie performed the flip, and Tony did all the equations with my help. For our project, we were tasked with the force of finding and calculating the physics behind any move in sports. My group and I chose the coolest thing we could think of: A FLIP!! also known as a tsukahara.
In the video, we give a brief explanation of the forces behind this formation. We used such forces as:
Force: a push or a pull measured in newtons
work: the product of the force of an object and the distance moved resulting from that force
velocity: speed in a given direction
acceleration: the rate in which velocity changes
In our video we calculate all these things with precision. The video is below.

We had issues with uploading our video to youtube and volume problems, where the gyms background noise is hearable.
I feel like there were also many things we did well and correctly.Tony'scalculations are precise and concise with barely any error. If there were any present, We would immediately go to fixing them as a group. we also had control and minimal chaos and confusion within the group. I learned through this that extra work is terrible and I don't like doing it. I could have become less frustrated with my video, as I learned that movie maker is difficult.
I also edited the video well, which I thought was a win.
As we were working on our video, we each learned something about ourselves. We learned to work better as a group in the end and walked out with a pretty nice video.
